Scratch (resistance)

I'll draw this character later. They were a character of mine I had as a kid from my beanie babies collection.

The Resistance is a group of individuals with abilities. They have no defined leader.

Scratch is able to spin their shell very fast. When they touch it their their antennae they are able to build up electricity that they can the shoot out from the antennae.
