Notes:
-Has a familiar, Kyri, who helps with his businesses and whom he has a snarky friendship with. One of the few beings Raja gives a damn about.
-Tends to dress in flowy clothing that is comfortable and simple
-Wears bandages for multiple reasons, such as to look weak and fragile, to hide his evil eye, to recover from work injuries, etc...
-The bandages on his right arm help to hide his evil eye and prevent accidental exposure, though he also tends to get some burns and scrapes from making stuff too, so you know what, he's kind of wrapped there 24/7...
-Right eye is perfectly fine, he just likes that kind of hairstyle
-Absolutely loves spelunking and exploring ruins and abandoned places
-Has a very enchanted and durable box that he carries on his back that has various spatial pockets. One of them opens up to a storage room with all his ingredients and merchandise, and another opens to a basic dwelling that he lives in sometimes. Sometimes he kills people he deems a threat and stashes them in his box to hide the evidence and/or use them in his crafting. It is his most prized possession and super useful!
-While scrawny, he packs a surprisingly mean punch and is very good at fighting dirty
-Generally has a soft and placid expression, though whether that is what he's really feeling is another matter entirely ofc

-Has a good network and loyal customer base due to his specialties and talents.
-Extremely talented and creative with creating a variety of effects with potions, medicine, and drugs, as well as being an excellent cook, Raja may not have very offensive magic, but makes up for it with his arsenal of brewed threats.

Abilities:

Breakdown - His right hand has the ability to break things down into component parts. How finely broken into component parts is up to Raja though. Living beings and complex items are harder and more tiring however. Keeps a barrier between his hand and contact by wrapping his arm with thick bandages.

Dream-Eating and Weaving - Able to get a sense of what a person's desires are and with his illusions, manipulates the person with what he knows of them. Sometimes he "fulfills" their dreams and sometimes he makes nightmares. Raja is able to consume the dreams, nightmares, desires, etc as well, with it acting as food and sustenance for him and even being a necessary part of his diet. Depending on what is eaten, the target may feel better or worse or empty. 

Illusions - Can cast illusions, with Raja using his knowledge of the target's hopes and fears to make them personalized. Can cover an area or multiple targets, but tires him out more quickly as a result. 

Optimization - Has the capability to ensure the maximum potential of targeted things. Ingredients or products will remain fresh and potent for as long as possible, for example. Food will take a very long time to spoil or iron-based things may rust at a far slower rate. It can affect beings too, with Raja's health and vitality at a high level; he is basically constantly in the prime of his life and nigh-unable to get sick. Raja just needs to "apply" the benefit to targets.

Shapeshift - Can shift into a human form and a fennec fox form.

Strategic Sensing - Able to locate and sense things of interest to him. Extremely helpful in finding valuable items and ingredients or sensing people or areas of interest. For things not immediately within his sight, Raja gets a mental "nudge" or feeling.

Threat-Sensing - Gets a feeling of how dangerous an area or person is, with it flaring into sharper focus before the danger happens, such as sensing and stopping before a place shortly before a cave-in.
