SHORT BIO: He grew up under an abusive father who killed his mom and sister. He fled at age 15 and stayed with someone who became his lover. He outlived this lover and now lives with his current partner Kelly. Throughout his life he has always been killing and selling parts to anyone that needs them. He isnt dumb though, he has managed to evade authorities this entire time. He leaves NO trace. 

Kelly is his current partner, and one of Kelly's past lives was Blaine's past lover! (Kelly's quirk allows him to speak with his past lives in his head) But Blaine abuses Kelly horridly.

EXTRA INFO:

-He doesnt even see Kelly as his past lover at all which is half the reason he is even comfortably treating Kelly this way

-He will NOT let Kelly leave the house without his permission and surveillance. He has a tight lock on him.

-He uses Kelly as his whipping boy whenever he gets pissed or just feels like it

-He despises Females and Children because they both annoy him and are weak. He takes extra pleasure in killing them.

-Despite needing it he is picky about the blood he consumes. 

-When not in a bad mood he is fairly tame and you would never guess just how bad he really is

-He is insanely smart, he pretty much trained himself to be that way, learning to evade cops and hide evidence. 

-He is currently a very wanted Serial Killer but no one can find anything about him or even if all these murders are his or not

-He runs an underground body smuggling business. He kills em and has his workers chop em up. 

-He likes to keep little items from some victims as little reminders and keepsakes. 

-He actually isnt that crazy besides being okay killing people and abusing his lover. He blends in totally normally in society. 

-He can walk around in broad daylight knowing he will never be caught....ever....it makes him even more fearless and confident

-If he isnt in control of a situation he gets VERY VERY ANGRY and flies off the handles so fast

-He tends to use older sayings due to him being 140 years old

-He is rugged and scarred but his eyes are extremely beautiful for some reason
