A new teacher at Babyls Demon School. Little is known of them and they appear to come from a "nobody" family and thusly had some troubles getting respect from the students. However, because of their extroverted demeanor they soon enough start to fit in among the other teachers, befriending Bars Robin along the way, sharing the same trait of being obnoxious at times. As they are still a newbie teacher Lulu-chan wasn't really assigned a class at first, instead Sullivan though it would be good for them to hang around Naberius Kalego and the misfit class(especially wanting his grandson to be able to do more music so the misfits overall could impress Amduscias Poro the next time he'd show up).

Getting asked about their name they'd always reply with "Lulu-chan", stating that they aren't able to actually tell their full name to anyone which was deemed a truthful statement by Balam Shichiro though it was left unclear why that is. Asking them from where they came from would get the answer "The center of hell, I guess." which was just as cryptic as the truth about their full name.

One of their favorite things to do is sing. They often break out in a full song, especially when trying to explain something which at times can be quiet annoying, though they tries to tone it down depending on the situation. While they appear oblivious and naive about a lot of things there are times that it turns out they are not as clueless as they always act. They get teased a lot as they are an easy target with being with the misfits class a lot and seemingly looking weak and completely defenseless.
