Friso undermines himself constantly. His near crippling self-doubt always makes him overthink all his decisions, and bow out of incredible opportunities. He also has a tendency to bend over backwards for the wishes of others, even if it isn't a good idea to do so. He doesn't forgive himself for his "mistakes" which leads to a vicious cycle of more doubt and self-deprecation. He is slowly learning to deal with it, however he often feels like he's letting himself off too easy and loosing sight of his goals.

Friso's best qualities are his flexibility, and ambition. He knows what he wants and he knows how to get there. He works well with other to achieve everyone's goals in a highly efficient manner.
