[IC] she was released after her owners parents realize how much of a hassle it would be to own a large turtle , after being released she found her way to the sewer and made her way to the water being hungry she ate the first thing she saw a small glowing clump in the water,time passed and she had fully mutated but she didn't know much about interaction so she'd eat many of the rats around by herself as she also collected any childrens toy that ended up in her little area treating every new toy as a gift keeping it safe and clean while snuggling into a tiger plush and often sleeping most of her time as she didn't have anyone to keep her company
