Taro is a gentle and at times, rather gullible symp who enjoys traveling the world and exploring new places. He loves collecting items and foragables, he's especially keen on Sneaky Malakas due to their pretty appearance and taste. He likes to collect chests too, who knows what kind of treasure is found inside! 

On his travels, he met Onyx, a (self claimed) powerful magician whose skills left him in awe. Bright lights, sparkles and colorful potions were just a handful of the things he saw the first time Taro met Onyx. He spent quite some time nearby to observe Onyx’ antics and not soon after asked the magician if he could please be taught whatever Onyx was doing. Onyx eventually offered Taro to become their apprentice and since then Taro has been learning lots about magic (Albeit the reliability of the information is rather questionable) from Onyx. As gullible as Taro is, he would never question his master, they are “THE MOST POWERFUL MAGICIAN” after all right? 

Taro sometimes makes purple like “potions” from berries and sells them while he travels around the world. They don’t give the user any amazing effect like you usually expect from potions, but there are always symps that come back for more because it tastes delicious. The drink is sweet and refreshing due to the mint and ice which is added in. Taro loves cooking and enjoys sharing food with others. Ofcourse learning new recipes is part of the fun!
