ABOUT

The oracle of draconic fire, Caelestis Amantius. Kind, gentle, and loving, he serves as a lover, royal aide, and oracle to the current queen, Astraea Ann Andromeda. Blessed with the gift of prophecy soon after she ascended the throne, he provides guidance and counsel, both through his mortal mind and his divine gift.

His fluttering glass wings may not be useful for flight, but being forged through his blessed draconic fire, they’re instrumental in foretelling the future to come. Gaze within, and they reflect a prophetic vision for the seeker. However, regardless of what the future may hold, the way in which it will unfold is beyond anyone’s sight–including Caelestis. It is troublesome, though.

If the visions within his wings foretell his ascension to the throne.
When he himself helped the current queen, his beloved childhood friend, usurp the throne herself.

This can’t mean anything good.

MAGIC

His primary ability is foretelling the future through visions reflected in his wings. While he is able to show what is meant to come, he cannot interpret them. The only certainty he can give is that the future shown will come true, one way or another.

The glass of his wings is forged by the magical fire he was blessed to wield. With this magical fire, he can forge divinatory glass through any sand before him. It normally remains as a gentle, harmless flame, but with amplified emotions, it can become a greater, dangerous force.

If his glass wings and horns are destroyed, they can be reforged through his magical fire. However, they still tie to his life force, and if they're destroyed, it causes him incredible pain.
