Tamashī "Tsuki" Mitzuki

Mom (Tamashī Kasumi) Quirk; Float. Similar to Uraka, but she can only make herself float. Not much use for Hero Work since she is paralysed from the waist down.

Dad (Tamashī Arata) Quirk; Psyche. Able to affect his brain and others in a way that can impair or "super power" the brain. Eg; the human brain doesn't actually use all of it's capability, and his quirk can enhance what he uses. But can impair others- not only this but his hands take on a dark purple aura when doing this. Touching them leads to a sever burning sensation that can last for up to 30 minutes.

Used to work with Erasurehead "Aizawa" in his younger years but has since stopped hero work after Tsuki was born. Met Kasumi while working; she was almost attacked by a villain that was later apprehended.

Quirk Information: While Tsuki’s Quirk was originally thought to be like her father's it was later shown to revolve around a demonic being called a Revenant; a ghostly creature with great power. Tsuki’s had her quick since birth and due to this has always been picked on in school. At first her Quick appeared to be more of a Mutation due to her slimmer and smaller body, but time passed, and it lead to a mental based Quirk. She can minorly levitate herself, although this does not work on other things or people. This part of he Quirk leads to blood noses and if used enough her ears start bleeding too, occasionally her eyes. Due to the Mutation part of her Quirk she has enhanced stamina and can jump ridiculously high.

Due to the nature of the mental part of her Quick it leaves her rather deaf due to all the heightened brain activity. She is a pro at lip reading and she can talk perfectly fine. Most voices sound plain to her, regardless.

The main part of her Revenant Quirk is more dangerous and uncontrollable, also the reason to the Collar she wears. Along with how unstable mentally it is, she wouldn’t even call that form “herself”. It changes her physical form almost drastically, ears growing more pointed as her teeth grow corpse like into an insane grin. Other body changes in this form include longer forearms, clawed and longer fingers, tail seems to be more demonic like, hair runs down her spine like a mane. The feet change as well, more animalistic. All in all, the form is dangerously unstable and that’s why she has the collar.

Pro's to Quirk;

1. High Physical Endurance; this generally applies in Revenant Form. While in her Default Form this applies minorly, she is only vaguely stronger than a normal human endurance wise.

2. Enhanced Stamina; Applies in both Forms. She can run for a long time without getting overly tired. This doesn’t apply when heavily injured or when she’s lost large amounts of blood.

3. Heightened Brain Activity; While this can seem annoying, she process’ things in a much faster manner to others. With this she can analyse a situation faster, but this also leads to her heading into things head first.

4. Tail; While also seen as a con, it helps with her balance and mildly with the levitation. She can also control it and sometimes uses it to hold her drink bottle, book or catch things, like balls. It can’t lift or hold anything too heavy, however.

Con's to Quirk;

1. Blood Loss; After using the mental part of her quirk she can experience blood noses as well as bleeding in the ears and sometimes eyes, though the latter is rare. This also applies in Revenant Form. Due to the rapid body changes the blood in her body is heated at a high temperature and when shifting back there is a fifty percent chance of passing out. Note about the heated blood, while inside her body is heated she is cool to the touch.

2. Lack of Control; While in her Default Form her control is fine but as a Revenant it’s almost not even there. She rarely transforms and even hates doing so due to the fact that she had been accused of being a villain since the appearance of the form is frightening.

3. Poor Hearing; While Itoä can in fact hear, voices are always drowned. They sound the same and are always a low voice with no tone. Due to this she has learnt to tune them out and rely on lip reading.

4. Tail; While it doesn’t seem to much of anything, save for balance, it can hinder her when grabbed and pulled. Usually results in her getting upset since it can hurt. Itoä can also control the tail and to hide it usually curls it around her mid-section.

5. Mind Control and Alteration Quirks; Due to her Heightened Brain Activity these Quirks can trigger either shifts or mental breakdowns from oversensitivity.
