About where he lives/who he is:

- Aristocrat 

- Lives in a mansion deep in the woods, really old place

- Has only four servants, one for the garden, one for cleaning, one for cooking, and one for helping with business

- Otherwise very secluded, not really going out to town much (town is pretty far away)

- It's in the mountains, very misty and rainy place, winters always bring snow, and summer with its bugs

- There is a river nearby and a little shed on the property, with a gazebo in the garden

- Many portraits of his family and past house owners inside, with art works

- Very classy place, many different rooms

- Something is off about it all tho, subtle eerie vibe to the place

- He hosts parties on holidays, inviting many higher ups and regular people to roam his house

- Occasionally he will host parties on other days, usually when he's feeling lonely

- Thus more and more people know him (around 200- 400 people show up, you don't have to be invited to come)

- He lives in the attic, very tiny place cuz he is paranoid 

- Otherwise he has an office, a nice library and dining room + a couple other places + many rooms

- Invested in a lot of different business (basically owner of about 20 different companies all in different areas)

Demon Friendo Jack 

- Jack is just the name of the body the demon inside possesses 

- He found Jack via one of the parties

- He could tell something was off with him

- Didn't say anything tho

- Invited him to one of his gambling nights (poker/cards)

- Eventually befriended him

- Had him over for tea

- Exposed him "are you a demon possessing this mans body?"

- Real nonchalant 

- Jack immediately gave him a cheesy nickname and basically said yes

Relationship with Felix:

- He was exploiting demons a lot, making a stupid amount of deals every week when he was a street kid (he would summon demons in the woods)

- Felix is apart of a demon council who sees if summoners are shady or nah

- He answered the call so he could directly interrogate him

- Finds out he's not going to seal demons or take the power for himself

- Lets him chill then, but still does check ups on him

- ends up getting summoned by Than a lot because Than is pissed that he didn’t get a deal

- they slowly form a friendship

- end up spending a lot of time together

- start developing feelings

- Than is aging but Felix isn’t so they have to deal with that

- Merkl has basically claimed Thans soul and Felix is not happy about that

- Felix starts gaining power

- Winds up trading for Thans soul

More on the demon world:

- Basically hell, really hot, has some lava parts, but there is also freezing areas

 - Usually 90+ degrees there - Sometimes the freezing areas go below zero

 - It’s pretty much just a holding place for the demons, and the souls sold to them 

- There are villages and strongholds, where demons gather and make alliances 

- Otherwise it’s kinda a free-for-all, and they fight for territory 

- There are demons made for warm and cold weather

 - Some are inbetween  

- Some have wings, some don’t, kinda depends

 - Wings + Claws + Muscles = Hottie

 - There are different power levels, you gain power naturally overtime, but human souls = power, so that’s why demons make deals

 - They don’t really eat them, just store them in a pouch where they can suck the energy out

 - Three kinds: Hot, cold, medium 

- Omega 

- Low level, maybe a few souls, none have fifty 

- Beta - Mid level, fifty to a few hundred, none have above thousand

 - Alpha - Over a thousand, can go up to five thousand 

- Omega - 60% of demons

 - Beta - 35% of demons

 - Alpha - 5% of demons

about runes + summoning: 

The rune I am sitting in right now is made for lower demons, specifically for omega demons. I'll explain more on omega demons later, but lets get one of the most important things out of the way first. A circle with a drawing of the devil is made for summoning demons, but if you want to summon something else, you'll have to draw something different. The circle is a place that the demon can sit in, think of it like a welcome mat, with your chanting the door way into the living world. The symbols outside the circle specify the demon status, what type of demon, such as travel or time, and for keeping the demon inside the circle. You only summon a demon if you wish to make a deal with them, otherwise, they will leave and go back to Hell. A demon can do almost anything you ask of it, but they do have their limits, and are not invincible. And, the greater task you ask of a devil, the greater the price you must pay.

about hell:

Demons aren't exactly physical beings, and cannot be made physical without the help of those who summoned them. I was able to appear in this world due to your will, and the fact that you used some of your blood to make the circle. Demons reside on a spiritual plane, which many mortals call Hell. Those who are in comas, near death, or deeply in-tuned with the spiritual world may travel there by accident, or those who reverse summon themselves to Hell. Hell, is, well, pretty hot, like your days of summer in some areas, but we do have cold areas, that mimic winter. But, since it is spiritual, the more power, or will you have, the easier it is to make things exist there. An Alpha demon could imagine a castle into existence, while an Omega could will a book, or some other small object to life.

About demon council: 

After summoning on demons became more main stream, demons didn't really form the council. But, after some demons were being summoned in order to steal their power or hurt them, which made demons not answer the calls, which then made summoning go down, the council was made. The council is mostly respected in Hell, so demons will report when a new summoner is on the scene, and when a demon goes missing after being summoned. The council just sends a demon thru to inspect the summoner, and to send someone to either 1) cast some sort of rune alerting to a new summon 2) has someone watch them. If it's really frequent summoning, and the demons aren't heard back from, you can bet an alpha or beta demon is gonna be on that summoners with a quickness. For those who watch the summoners, it's mostly omega demons, since they can go undetected better. beta demons pretty much run the whole show, while alpha demons are called in to enact justice

but the demons apart of the council will interview other demons who were summoned by a summoner, so they can know if the summoner is a threat or not

About angels:

- Have instincts opposite to demons (demons want to gain power, so they go after animals, souls, and powerful objects)

- But angels are pretty much a cousin to demons

- Angels want to protect

- They live on a spiritual plane like demons

- They make trips to the living world often in order to protect souls after the host dies

- Basically what they protect is this giant hour glass looking thing that is sorta like a crystal

- Souls go inside, and wait to be sent to a new life

- They have a high angel, who judges the souls

- A soul can reincarnate only five times without being judged

- Then the judge decides this:  1) reincarnate  2) be sent to become a demon  3) be sent to become an angel

- Basically, if you cause unnecessary suffering every life, you become a demon. If you're just in the middle, you reincarnate forever.  If you did a lot of good, or protect, you become an angel

- Angels can make deals with humans as well

- What they do is they immediately claim the soul to go to heaven

- A demon, if out on the physical plane, could potentially eat a wandering soul before an angel comes to collect it

- Angels used to fight with demons a lot before the council formed

- Demons way back used to go thru portals a lot

- There was a lot of portals back then, so the angels ended up destroying most of them in this big war

- Then, after most portals were destroyed, summoners became a thing

- Angels don't really destroy portals anymore, but if they are close enough, they will

- Angels have levels of power just like demons, but they gain power naturally, and from the energy of the crystal and the souls they escort rubbing off on them
