LIFE & BACKSTORY

Poppy grew up in Sorathracia where her parents worked as cooks for a Dragon family. When Poppy was fifteen, they moved to just north of Osari.

One of her main hobbies is axe-fighting; she practises for several hours a week and is very skilled at it. Because of this, she has a lot of arm strength. She practises exclusively on non-living targets.

She loves Earth and earth-related things; especially the internet. She is in loads of fandoms and loves YouTube. She often travels to Earth to go shopping with her best friend, Alice.

MAGIC

Poppy is overall not good at general magic, especially enchantments and charms. Do not ask her to enchant something, because you will regret it.

She specializes in teleportation and is very good at it. She teleports a lot and often prefers it to using portals.

APPEARANCE

♥ Super long, thick, curly grey hair - it's honestly a miracle she can stand upright with how much she has. It covers her face when she leaves it down (which she often does); for hairstyles she enjoys French plaits.

♥ Pale grey skin with very faint white freckles on her face, shoulders and upper back.

♥ She has dark red eyes which you don't see when she has her hair down.

♥ She is very small at 5 feet; mainly due to being an imp. She is also very slim which contributes to her looking tiny. Her hair also doesn't help.

♥ She has the standard Imp features such as small, leathery wings; hooves; a long, thin tail with a heart shaped end; and a crest of fur around her neck when she doesn't shave. Her horns are long and curved. She's a puffy imp.

♥ She has a small waist, flat chest and wide hips that give her a pear-shaped look. Her arms are very slim but muscular due to her axe-fighting.

♥ She has a round-ish, heart-shaped face with thick, straight eyebrows that have a very neutral expression. She has tilted oval-shaped eyes with deep eyelids and slightly down-pointing eyelashes. Her lips are thin.

♥ Her face is very neutral-looking and is not particularly expressive making it very difficult to read to those who aren't familiar with her expressions.

♥ Her hair is naturally curly but she straightens it sometimes (mainly with magic because it takes hours with straighteners).

FASHION / CLOTHING

♥ Poppy doesn't mind prancing around topless and sometimes will just wear shorts if it's a hot day.

♥ She absolutely LOVES graphic tees and has at least two for every fandom she's in.

♥ She mainly wears black or dark grey with coloured graphics, but will occasionally mix it up with the odd colour. She likes to wear red accents to bring out her eye colour.

PERSONALITY

 ♥ She tends to be very silent but when she does speak, she does so confidently. She is not in the least shy, though people may have this impression of her, due to her silent nature and the fact that you don't always see her face.

♥ She can get very angry, partly due to Imps being a naturally fierce species, and you do NOT want to insult her or her friends. She holds grudges for a long time and if you get on her mental blacklist she will not talk to you for weeks, months, maybe even years.

♥ She is very protective of her friends and will do anything to look out for them.

♥ Though she can get extremely angry, she often tries not to resort to violence when her friends are around and will simply express her dislike or hatred by ignoring you or being passive-aggressive; she also uses her axe-fighting to express frustration.

♥ She likes meeting people but ultimately prefers to hang out in smaller groups of people whom she knows very well; this results in her having many acquaintances whom she meets once or twice but very few good friends.

♥ She's very introverted.

GENDER

Imps are born genderless and sexless at birth and only start developing sexual characteristics during puberty. Poppy appears fairly androgynous, leaning to the feminine side, with a flat chest, wide hips and narrow shoulders. She likes to use she/her pronouns for herself sometimes - only her close friends and family commonly use her gendered pronouns, due to the Imps' mainly gender-neutral culture.

OTHER

LIKES: Meat, dark chocolate, rock music

DISLIKES: White chocolate, most sweet food, swimming

♥ She was named 'Poppy' because of her poppy-red eyes.

♥ Her parents sometimes call her 'Pop'.

♥ She loves pop/rock music, though generally she will listen to anything bouncy and energetic.

♥ Her favourite foods are red meat and dark chocolate.

♥ She's overall not too fond of physical contact but she loves hugs occasionally.

♥ Her voice is very high and girly, especially for her personality. This is mainly due to her small size.

♥ She struggles a lot with black-and-white thinking.

RELATIONSHIPS

♥ ALICE: Poppy and Alice are best friends and they spend most of their time together.

♥ NAOMI: They are good friends and often hang out in the forest where Naomi lives.
