Average, a little on the thin side. Not super strong.

Lacy shirts with high collars. Long, mid-calf skirts with tall boots and a straw sun hat with a long ribbon on.

All her joints are jointed visibly. She's a living puppet/doll and so has visible joints in her fingers, knees, arms, etc.
 

Personality:

General description:
Celia is very curious and usually happy. She is often naive and tends to wander into things that she perhaps shouldn't. With a soft personality, it is easy for her to be lead astray, but she tends to find her way back in the end. Amazed by almost anything she sees, Celia takes great pleasure in even the more simple things in life.
She's very very clumsy, often losing her balance and wobbling around.

History:
Celia is a living doll, created by a witch in hopes that she could be good company for her. Of course she is, and loves her witch friend very much, often going out to run errands for her and generally just being helpful. In return the witch repairs her and teaches her how to be more 'human'.
