Tower is a very eccentric girl. She can be most easily described as a Chuunibyou, a kid who holds delusions of grandeur that makes them take on a new powerful (and usually supernatural) alter-ego. Of course, unlike most chuuni, her alter-ego is real.

Tower makes herself out to be a strange and mysterious figure, always smiling and never calling others by their real names. She boasts her immense power often and likes to make her presence known as someone who is cunning and devious. At her core though, she's just a simple young girl who likes to cause mischief and stir up conflict in an act of rebellion.

Living in the suburbs, Setia lives a simple life with her simple family. Both her parents are successful enough for her to live rather comfortably and she's thankful for it. Though... it also pisses her off. Because of the life her parents live, they have expectations for Setia to be the same. And for the most part, she is! She actively wants to uphold the standard her parents have set for her, making sure she always does well when around them. Anything about herself that she thinks they wouldn't approve of she simply hides from them.

She is currently going through a bit of a rebellious phase. She doesn't really understand how it started, but she's recently gotten into increasingly strange hobbies. It started with basic divination, later moving specifically to Tarot cards. Through this search, she discovered more magic in her world, particularly the morbid side of things that the general population didn't care for. She did her own research into things, eventually finding a man not too far away who had first hand experience with the stuff. He was a bad person. She knew that well. It was cool as hell.

In her first greatest act of rebellion ever, she skipped school one day to hunt this man down. She wanted to know more! After a long search, she found him, practically begging him to teach her everything he knew, magic or otherwise. He had no reason to accept. So why did he? In her second greatest act of rebellion ever, she got a request from Order to become a magical girl for him, which she accepted on certain guidelines - and explicitly without the knowledge of her parents. Of course, without any other adults to guide her, she had to find someone to help her. She considers herself Amadeus's sidekick, doing her magical girl work as a way to express herself without her parent's finding out.
