reviving my old tf2 oc! this is viktor hitzig, he's a sadistic RED medic with a pet raven named lillith and his loadout is the syringe gun, the quick-fix, and the ubersaw. he tried to give himself his own skin graft after half his face and neck got blown off in an unfortunate lab accident but the graft didn't really take so he's just kind of rotting but won't admit it. he also had to shove another eyeball into his own skull and even though that one got kind of stained it works better than the skin graft - even though he's near blind in that eye now. even though he's an asshole hes still the mom friend/teammate as medics tend to be.
