While Mekhi does have a personality, it can be a little unstable due to him lacking memories and he is susceptible to change.

Ability Explanation: Metamorph(Shapeshifting)
Mekhi is able to alter the formation of his biological cells at will. This makes him able to look and sound like any human, a perfect duplicate. His power doesn’t simply extend to humans, he is able to shift into animals as well, though all his shapeshifting DOES have its’ limitations. (explained in vulnerabilities). He is also able to morph clothes onto his body (via manipulating his cells further) though he cannot remove them. Mekhi’s shapeshifting in a way is limitless in terms of editing his body (as OP as that sounds). For example, while he possesses the strength of a man his physical age, etc he can enhance himself using his shifting powers for brief periods by redistributing mass, these kind of edits are called ‘tweaks.’ He is able to tweak his real form the most out of any form.

His shapeshifting allows for the handy side effect of advanced healing as his cells move at a rapid rate. Though bigger wounds obviously take longer to heal.

Vulnerabilities:
While Mekhi’s abilities are definitely advantageous, there are things he cannot mimic.
-Powers: He cannot imitate most abilities of other mutants unless they’re physical changes (enhanced strength).Even that is extremely restricted.
-He also can't copy thoughts, memories, personalities, etc. If he imitates someone it's based down to how well he can fake it till he makes it.
-Even Mekhi’s ‘default’ form isn’t his true form, his true form is so far a mystery and all his inhuman physical abilities are completely nullified while in his mask.  
-He cannot create new creatures entirely without extreme preparation and precision, one slip up will prevent him having a functional body or parts and result in killing himself, so he basically cannot do this. Minor edits are really all he can do. Also turning into extinct animals without an understanding on their structure is extremely dangerous. Dinosaurs are out of the question.
-Being still new to his powers, he lacks 100% precision without a high amount of work and preparation. While he can make himself look identical to the human and maybe even the general mechanical eye(overall face recognition). He still lacks the general precision to completely copy for example retina patterns and skin-pore patterns, so he may not be able to dupe security that require eye or finger scanners. Facial recognition though? Definitely.
-The further away from his own species biology the transformation is, the harder it is for him. For example: A warm-blooded creature that is mammalian would be easier to transform into than a cold-blooded reptile or an insect.
-He cannot talk as an animal transformation, though he maintains his human intelligence. He is also somewhat susceptible to things like instincts of the animal he transforms into.
-Extreme emotions or high amounts of pain may disrupt his transformation.
-He cannot transform things that are not apart of him, so any clothes he doesn’t shift into will not change with his form.

Background Story:
Mekhi was born to an average family, his childhood wasn’t too eventful either. He was rather successful however, in his career. He was a well-off accountant and didn’t really have any money troubles. It was….
Boring. Really Boring.
He lived in an average house by himself, was the usual good citizen, a pretty hum drum life. Had a couple of hobbies... Really boring… It felt like a cage. His life was just so plain and humdrum. Everything however changed after the orb incident 3 years ago… Just not as quick as you’d think. About one month ago (from the current time in WASP) Mekhi started to feel ill…. His head began to feel oh so foggy… for that week he was stuck in his bed as sick as a dog, or should I say cat… On one night, he was writhing in agony on the floor for god knows how long. His body started to change and shift right before his very eyes… What was happening! He didn’t understand, but the pain in his body and head were definitely real… All he remembered was a foggy memory laying lifeless on the cool tiles of his home… his new… deformed body bare to the elements, clawed hands trying to grip the ground, trying to lift his weak body off the floor. Everything was hazy and so empty at the same time and he just… he just had to escape from here… From that moment on, Mekhi spent his life as a cat and was recently rescued by Karin. There was a legend in the neighborhood Mekhi, as a strange shapeshifting figure roaming the streets. This caught the ear of the organization as well as WASP, thankfully WASP got to him first.

-Is affected by catnip even in human form. No one knows why.
