Innate Ability:
Immune to Fire/Heat based attacks

 Wings - able to summon or dismiss these at will and change how big they are. Allows them to fly at incredible speeds

Weapon:

 Phoenix Blade: A razor sharp wide bladed sword made out of Purple Jasper. Phoenix can summon this at will. Much heavier and stronger than it looks.

Offensive:

 Volcanic Fissure: Phoenix's eyes glow red and several cracks race out from under them, splitting open into gaping chasms of roiling lava. 

 Magma Monolith: Phoenix causes several towers of burning magma to erupt from the ground in a spray of hot sparks. Once they reach 15ft in the air, they solidify.

 Burning Tail Whip: Phoenix's tails ignite, and they can use these as whips as they spin. (Visual Reference, please see Mai Shiranui's Ryuuenbu cuz I'm a nerd)

 Volcanic Manipulation: Using the chasms they previously opened, they can pull up and manipulate the lava, creating waves of it, using it to create barriers/blockades once hardened, or projectiles. 

Defensive:

 Not a power, but Phoenix can use their wings to wrap around themselves as a barrier or shield to protect their body. They still take damage from attacks, but the wings provide a buffer and lessen some impacts.
