Enoki

• She can be carrying any number/density of mushrooms on her back. They grow from her fur. They're harmless and fall off naturally, where she puts them in jars to pickle and store them.

Enoki is a dragon that knows very clearly what her purpose is and what she wants in life. She is determined, hardworking, and will do everything in her power to meet the expectations and goal she's set for herself. She never strives to leave this goal or go elsewhere in life, and thrives on routine and predictability. She isn't the smartest individual, but she is very kind and always tries her best to help people (To varying results...) 

She only gets upset if someone threatens her way of life and her purpose. She is very old and rarely interacts with others, meaning while she is cheery and happy for company- she comes across as weird or aged or socially awkward since she doesn't really keep up with any social norms of a time and will often go many years without talking to anyone at all. 

Enoki is an ancient mushroom-cultivating dragon that was born in the era of the great plague. Upon realizing that the magic stored in the mushrooms could purify the darkness spreading through the world and nullify the illness, Enoki dedicated its life to growing and caretaking these mystical rare mushrooms to protect the people of the world should the plague ever return. She hides away in the deep forests in a cavern where mushrooms are kept safe and can flourish in their environment.

Enoki is kind and gentle, but will protect her fungi with her life. She has seen firsthand how important they are. While they seem useless towards any illness that isn't the great plague- the devastation it left behind did plenty to make her wary of it ever returning, and she's sealed her fate as its cure's eternal watchguard.
