Desnuera resides in the inner sanctuary of the capital. He once sought refuge there, and just never left. Eventually he was offered a job, as a sort of groundskeeper--tending to the small courtyard gardens of the haven and keep. He doesn't like interacting with others; much prefers the solitude and serenity of the gardens and nothing else. He rarely even interacts with the other permanent residence. Because of this, Desnuera is seen as a bit of a sanctuary oddity. Just another, unique attraction that makes the capital's inner sanctum interesting.
What brought Desnuera to the capital is a mystery. He rarely speaks to anyone to begin with, but out-right ignores answering any questions about his past. There are a few rumors around the sanctuary--from past traumas/abuse to a runaway criminal, but no one really knows for sure.
Personality-wise, Desnuera is stubborn and difficult to read. Internally he is very passionate, possessive, and quick to pout/sulk, but bottles his emotions and feelings; unless you're paying exceptionally close attention, chances are you won't be able to tell the difference in anything he's feeling. The only thing that brings a noticeable rise out of him, is trespassing on or defiling the sacred gardens--which he protects and tends to fiercely. His default expression is seemingly expressionless.
Desnuera is the type, that if he likes a certain place or thing, he will quietly sit in the near vicinity without saying a word. He isn't the type to demand, but silently enjoy when offered.
