As far as the world is concerned, Cecilia is a missing person. She disappeared after a fight with her (ex)fiancé and has not been seen since.
She now lives in quiet town and is trying to make the best of her (after)life. Not many people can see her, so she cherishes any friends she can make.
((Spoilers if you are playing her on SDV))
Cause of death: After having a fight with her fiancé, Cecilia ran off and drove towards Pelican Town. It was dark and icy and she ended up wrecking her car, which left her wounded, but she ended up dying from hypothermia (hence the frostbitten fingers and toes in her art)
Personality
Cecilia is very polite and sweet. She still hasn't come to terms with her death, and tends to make morbid jokes about it to cope.
