Half-plant-being and half-monster, Ghara has grown up as the pet of a rich Northern Elf after being snatched shortly after birth. (The Northern Elves maintain independence from Wonderlandia and thus don't abide by its laws). While his mother has long since passed, his father is still alive and sadly unaware of his existence sta.sh/0290ywbjldap (He's on the monster Council and is friends with Latham ^.^)
When Ghara was ~20 years old, he escaped the North by sneaking into a crate full of rare flowers being sold/mailed to a famous flower shop in Wonderlandia :) There he was quickly discovered and taken in by the shop's founder (fav.me/d8w2dhz Raihan, #5, belonging to Norri-girl). The two share a mutual love of plants and natural beauty, and the love appreciation of freedom that can only come from having experienced restriction (Raihan worse than Ghara since Ghara was basically in a gilded cage lol xD). Anyways, they totes become an adorbs couple <3 And Ghara helps out at Raihan's Flowers Sent From Heaven shop in Central Wonderlandia ^.^ ...at least, until the North Elves find him!!! *dun dun daaaahhhh*
(just a record of how I wrote how they met the first time when I was suggesting it to Norri-girl ^.^: So my thought was that Raihan could be ordering rare plants only found up north, and when he was unpacking the crates, Ghara would be in one of them, and Raihan could be like "0.0 what are you doing in there??" and Ghara could be like "o.o ....I'm your new flower :D .... (*crickets*) ....Okay, so I wanted to take a little trip... you won't send me back, will you? T.T" and then he'd be all cute and hugging him when Raihan said he wouldln't, and he'd be all excited to see his flowers and it'd be adorable :D)
Misc about Ghara's personality:
-very sweet and generally happy/content and easygoing in most situations
-if startled or threatened, he bolts like a deer
- if caught, he'd rather give himself up than fight
-enjoys seeing, tasting, and experiencing new things
-very cuddly; he's pretty used to occupying laps and being coddled/petted... also likes to sit on tables.
-doesn't properly understand personal space, and would, for example, pick up your hand and play with it if he felt like it
-will hug most anyone he knows upon greeting
-sensitive about plant-life and can help them grow a bit, since he's part plant-person. appreciates colorful flowers especially and likes to make them last as long as he can
-his flower tail does have a chomper in it; it can eat small bits of food, though it takes a while to absorb -flower on his tail closes when he's asleep, and only then (so Ghara has never seen it shut haha)
-Ghara is afraid of the dark, and afraid of being alone, since the Northern Elves used both of those things to punish him
-very quick to lie; he'll usually *start out* telling the truth, but if someone doesn't like what he's saying, he will claim he was joking and try to come up with something they like better. Example - someone asks him "where are your parents?" and he'd be like "They're both dead ^.^ ....oh, just joking! Uh, they're back at the inn."
Physiology - Because he's half plant-person, his blood has a greenish hue and has healing properties, but not as much as a full plant-person with entirely green blood (that's the good stuff).
