Personality:: Altaire is cold and unsympathetic, hating most other people. He's unfriendly and unsociable, desiring complete and total isolation from other people. He's extremely independent and very capable of providing for nearly all his own needs without the assistance of anybody, including hunting an growing his own food so he doesn't have to rely on stores and such. He's strict and straightforward as well as really impatient. He's a shoot now, talk later kind'a guy.

Fun Facts!

He lives in the middle of a forest. His house is literally a giant treehouse built on the tops of several massive redwoods. He cleared out several of the trees, though, to make room for a giant geodesic greenhouse where he grows his own crops and houses his many birds that he owns and used to train when he was once a falconer.
Altaire married a demon, named Erel, and was introduced to the world of angels and demons. Erel's previous lover, the Angel/Demon of Death named Samael, has since ruined his life and abandoned his angelic side within Altaire, effectively making him the new Angel of Death while Samael retained only his demonic side. The gun he carries, a Lone Eagle Magnum which was previous used for hunting and shooting at trespassers, has since become the equivalent of the Grim Reaper's scythe ever since becoming the Angel of Death. He lost his husband because he can no longer touch any living being without killing them instantly.
His main bird and companion is his white-morph Northern Goshawk, Costa. He keeps so many birds because he religiously believes in heaven and thinks that angels are the most perfect beings, so he surrounds himself with things that fly because the closer something can get to heaven, the closer it is to being perfect in his eyes.
