Overview: 

Chipper and friendly, Tivo lives with her twin sister Hortensia (affectionately known as Orti) together in their workshop where they spend their days inventing things that range anywhere from useful to outlandishly unnecessary. She also helps out with delivering both parcels of their work and letters from the local post office, a side job that sates both her wanderlust and her curiosity about the world around and the other stygians who inhabit it.
