Profile
Special Agent Keiji Morioka has been with the GMPIA for eight short years and has already climbed his way to the coveted rank of 6-S. He is a tenacious (neurotic) individual, completely dedicated to the Agency's cause and humanity's protection. Though isolated from most of his peers and coworkers by his chilly demeanor, he is generally regarded with respect, and tends to field many of the Agency's big cases.
Given his ranking and age, the Agency higher-ups felt him the most suitable choice to partner with the experimental SP3NC-R Unit once its development was complete. Unit Spencer's high energy and lackadaisical mannerisms clash with Keiji's down-to-earth nose-on-the-grind methods. He didn't exactly sign up for this partnership, after all. Keji takes his job very seriously, pouring every last bit of his life into it; being involved with someone so carefree almost seems insulting. Yet, the robot doesn't mean any harm. He supposes it's not fair to hold it against Spencer.
