Don't let Nova's rambunctious personality fool you. This spirit is older and wiser than you'd think, though you'd spot them in any dusty, dim lit arcade. Gambling, after all, can mean many things: from video games to poker, from the gambling of love to the gambling of fate, and Nova has seen through it all. Unlike some of their spirit counterparts, Nova does not actively go out of their way to disdain mortals. In fact, they love to keep track of even the most mundane of mortal lives for the gambles they may make on the way. Watching their decisions keeps Nova entertained in an era of endless immortality, and they're more than happy to offer a helping hand to those who need it.

Summary
- potentially maintains the first arcade of sorts in a fantasy land. hoards all the 2d arcade machines (yang's present?) - can be seen around fairgrounds with cotton candy (fell's present?)
- quite knowledgeable about romantic love. has had more than their fair share of relationships in the past, but they all ended abruptly (at least in Nova's eyes) due to the problem of their immortality.
- loves bingo and will invite strangers to it and pay their cards for them (at least for the first round) to have some company. proudly touts themselves as a 8274th time bingo champion.

Trivia
• Nova owns a GBA lookalike, and plays on it a lot.
• Nova is one of the oldest spirits to exist.
• Spirits in Fell & Yang's world are believed to uphold the laws of the deities, with each spirit maintaining control over a certain aspect. Spirits are never born, but they can choose to fuse into a mortal and pass on their powers through those means. Following from this, gambling as an aspect is taken as neutral. It's because it doesn't only include literal gambling (poker, casino machines, etc) but gambling for love, justice, or another virtuous goal, making this kind of gambling more akin to sacrifice. This is also where Nova's wisdom comes from, because they've spent an eternity understanding the meaning of sacrifice!
• There are three types of spirits: light spirits (raia) who strive for a moral good, shadow spirits (natara) who strive for a moral bad, and umbra spirits (??? & cyril) who are neutral.
• Spirits will always have a shapeshifted form and have the features of multiple Aurax (kemonomimi). they always have horns as well. Nova's are extremely tiny stubs, so they're hidden quite easily by their hair.
• A plot twist for Fell & Yang's world is that the deities of the realm are in reality just really powerful spirits.

Nova used to know the old trickster spirit, before they gave their powers to Raia, having come into being at the same time - something spirits dub as being 'soultwins'. They haven't approached her, as she's not the spirit they used to know.
Cyril
Person of Interest. The spirit of memories is a curious one indeed. After all, spirits like Nova can sense when another one comes into being in their realm - but they never felt the presence of this one. Just who is he really? Nova's been keeping tabs on him.
