Peppy

She is the only OC (I haven't designed) I have actually really wanted to own and collect art of, and luckily one of my closest friends owned her! Tragically, I do not have the name of the artist who designed her.

I would like to add a few things for future people I commission:

-  She will have a small silver bell attached to a red ribbon on her neck, like a collar
-  She has red eyes to match her color scheme
-  She can also have a beaded bracelet like in the avatar picture.  This is optional, so if you think it won't fit, don't include it.  I would love it, though!
