Personality:
quiet, enduring, patient, somewhat indifferent
-> often in a bad mood usually due to her weak physical condition/ headachs, pains etc.
-> sometimes throws sarcastic comments
-> very cute n wholesome with the few people she cherishes (eg. Rigel her boyfriend)

Backstory:
Inori used to live a decently normal life apart from the fact that she was weaker than everyone around her. She would be exhausted from simple tasks and plagued with frequent headaches. Due to fainting occasionally she'd get into quite a few small accidents, often bruising herself accidentally.
However she stayed strong and pulled through. Someday she even picked up fencing, why fencing? Well, first of all convenience as there was a club right there and everyone would wear protective gear greatly reducing the risk of injury. She also quite enjoyed the sport as a spectator so she gave it a try. She wasn't bad at it actually, she simply got exhausted faster than everyone else.
Although she didn't feel any improvements to her body from it she found it fun to do and kept going. Someday however she was more exhausted than usual after fencing and upon crossing a street she fainted and got into an accident.

This was more serious than previous smaller accidents and let her to be hospitalized pretty much permanently. She couldn't go fencing anymore, she couldn't even go to school anymore. This went on for about half a year and her mood became more and more awful.

One day due to a stroke of luck however, Inori was chosen to become a magic girl. She did not care about this identity whatsoever, all she knew was that this opportunity could change her life. Although she was weak, she would receive a transformation that would change this. Although she was bedridden, her injuries would finally start healing up somewhat. Although slowly, it was lots of progress for her.

Contrary to her fellow magical girls she used this opportunity not to fight their usual antagonists but to move around freely and enjoy life. Her fellow magical girls came to her about it and instead of talking it out she simply smiled and fought them one at a time showing purely her fencing skills in her newly earned body. And although the others did not show their full power- Inori took them down much too easily. Earning her the title of traitor. She was quite amused by this considering she had no prior connection to the other girls.
One of the enemies of the magical girls, Rigel cought wind of this and approached her. Noticing that similar to himself she also didn't take this magical girl thing that seriously.

Both of them immediately realized that they shared a love for a normal life, one that did not have any magic or anything. Both of them took these abilities not because they wanted to be strong, but simply because they found they would help them in their day to day life. Inori wanted to have a stronger body that wouldn't faint as easily and Rigel needed a means to take care of his good for nothing father. The more they started focusing on their relationship and their day to day life trying to not really use their abilities unless necessary, the more they drifted away from Titania who initially instigated this fight between magical girls and the other people she had given abilities too.
Who knows what titanias reaction is going to be?

For now both of them enjoy a fairly normal daily life- albeit a bit difficult due to Rigels somewhat reckless desicions sometimes.
