- they were created by the universe & given the role of an apprentice to the god of creation (karma) & a faithful helper (dream)
- karma was like okay, for you first REAL task i'm going to have you create a prophecy and then assign a hero to complete it
- aka youre going to start and stop an apocalypse (if you fuck up it's ok we can start over)
- wish was like SURE THING I WONT LET YOU DOWN
- spoiler: they let karma down
- wish assigns the prophecy to anyone who wants it
- and then proceeds to goof off and make friends with mortals and other non-gods
- until they get caught and some heroes come and are like WHAT DO WE NEED TO DO OH GOD
- and karma is like.... wish.... which one of these is the chosen one
- and wish just kind of WELL, I UH, I THOUGHT IT WAS SELFISH TO ONLY CHOOSE ONE
