Small note: While he is an anglerfish - and I'm aware males are small and really not that epic and basically just live to reproduce with the females... Uhm... This one is special okey? He's a male but still epic xDD

I'll write that better another time but for now this description will do:
The anglerfish merman is a creature of the Maare, one of Levi's underlings. He loves good food and especially hunting it down himself (fishes mostly but if he can also humans. Levi forbit to eat humans but he does it anyway and Levi doesn't really care, so that works) but he also takes the fishes Levi got for him, because it's such an honour for him, to get feed by levi. He's pretty loyal too (except the eating humans part)

Personality... + likes + stuff i guess.
He just likes having fun, scaring others, generally living a nice life. He loves fishes, fighting, humans, everything new. His curiousity goes a bit too far sometimes though, he got in trouble for that sometimes. But he doesn't learn, he still is way too curious and that. Also he totally admires Levi, he spends most of his time close to him, just watching him.
