Rrezatim

• Radioactive/green flecks are optional, and can be anywhere
• Eyes are always glowing

Rrezatim was a regular housecat when a radioactive leak caused massive damage to the area; for some reason (Plot contrivance withheld) he was immune, instead altering drastically. He became more sentient than a normal cat, and earned his glowing features.

He travels the wasteland of his old city, scaring off any who would approach. Both for his own safety- but theirs as well. He fears the outside world, as the ruins are what he has come to know as his own; and he doesn't really have any memory of a past life.
