Ishmael

He was one of the three students of Seph's father (The King), and was assigned to keep Seph from harms way. However, due to a dangerous prophecy, the King asked him a very huge favor: He will have to go to the future and protect Seph from the prophecy. Ishmael reluctantly agreed, and after a long ritual, he bid goodbye to all his friends from the kingdom. The young Sephoris, still 6 years old at that time, cried a lot because Ishmael was an awesom 'older brother' figure to him. His best friends, Memori and Eriah's ancestor (still thinking of a name LMAO) felt terrible having to watch him leave.

Ishmael was transported to the modern world, at around the time Seph awakened from his long slumber. Here, he had to use a lot of magic to adjust to the different culture by using invisibility (stalking people to find out about their ways) and his spells for disguising. He uses a new appearance in this world (blonde w/ light complexion cat kemonomimi - still have to design) to blend in.v

Somehow he managed to share a room at an apartment with a guitarist / math teacher. They eventually became friends, and he figured about Ishmael's magic and strange predicament, which led him to attempting to teach him the basic life lessons such as shopping for food, getting a drink, getting a job, conversing, etc. Ishmael is a slow learner, to his roommate's dismay. 

Finally, he was able to land himself a job at a local pizza place. 

Which was the same pizza place Sephoris was going to work in.

And since they are both using different appearances (Seph tends to leave the house as a dog kemono, not a dreamy) they do not recognize each other. And Sephoris really hates this annoying blonde who tends to flirt with him a lot. (HIS STORY IS WAY DEEP THO I NEED MORE TIME TO WRITE ALL OF IT, CHILDHOOD INCLUDED)
