↪ RAPID ;; a fast-flowing and turbulent part of the course of a river. Rapidfang is an 'act first, ask questions later' kind of molly. As you would expect, this means she makes wild accusations and due to her size and strength, she definitely posses a threat to anyone she thinks is one. Rapid also rhymes with vapid, which she most certainly is. Rapidfang is obsessed with her status in the clan and saw her kit, Fallenpaw, as a holdback. How would she be the best warrior if she was a mother? Her vapid tendencies also lead to a lot of self-loathing when she was an apprentice. Her parents were elegant and beautiful in her eyes, but her dull pelt was...well dull. This was one of the main reasons she fell in love with Condorwing. As an apprentice, Rapidfang would refer to herself as 'fallen' since she didn't share her families beautiful pelts. In a twist, Rapidfang was delighted to see that her daughter had her pelt and in an odd way, Rapidfang thought that if Fallenpaw took on her mother's disgraced nickname, she would be free from it.

HISTORY
→ Happened rather recently. She fell in love with a cat from River Clan, and now is raising their kits alone.
↳ As an apprentice, Rapidfang was infinitely more insecure about her looks than she is now. She believes everything from her pelt color to her name is boring and underwhelming and doesn’t like up to how pretty all of the other cats in Mire clan are. On top of this, her parents were decent, but they were not very warm and she never felt supported by them. Because of this, she craved validation from others. This inevitably lead to her taking many dangerous dares - one such being to go into River clan’s territory. It was there that she met Condorpaw. He was a nice tom who helped her avoid a patrol and get back to Shadow clan territory unscathed, but not before flirting with her. No one had ever flirted with her before, and almost immediately, Rapidpaw was in love. At first, the two talked at gatherings. Then, after they became warriors, they started to meet at night to play. This continued until, after a special night, Rapid realized she was pregnant with Condor’s kits.
↳ Now, Rapid never wanted kits. She wanted to be a warrior, the best Shadow clan ever had, maybe even leader. Leader’s dont have kits! How could she be her best while caring for these kits? Could she even care for these kits?
↳Not sure what to do, she told him about this. Condor was ecstatic, and told Rapid that she would be welcomed in Storm clan. Rapid was applauded. Storm clan was not her clan! But, what life would her kit have without a father? And, more importantly, what would she do without Condor’s praise? Reluctantly, Rapid agreed to join Storm clan the next night. She wanted to say goodbye to her clan. The next night, she arrived at the meeting point a bit early and spotted Condor with another clanmate of hers, and they were very clearly not ‘just friends’. Angry and bitter, Rapid ran back to Shadow clan camp. Later that day she gave birth to four kits.
RELATIONSHIPS

The daughter Rapid never wanted, and Fallen knows this. The two hate each other - Rapid out of insecurity and her past that Fallen represents, and Fallen because Rapid is a terrible mother and does little to support her daughter. Later on, the two learn to accept each other when Rapid learns the error of her ways, but their relationship is never good.

Absolutely hates him. He doesn't remember she exists. The fact that he is scum is the only thing Fallen and Rapid agree on.
