A young man who has a passion for wrecking Boston, Massachusetts. He enjoys meeting other people who believe in similar values as himself and has the habit of forcing them to be his friend. He's cheery, playful and sometimes can be flirtatious; but he doesn't bother to hide the snake like behavior he inhibits. Every person has a use, is his philosophy, and every person has a place in his society. Nobody really knows what his motives are or why he purposefully triggers hurtful events onto others, and they don't get close enough to ask. At least not rational people.
Able to see futures that surely won't happen for others, he considers himself fairly blessed and finds his ability to be one gigantic ironic, godly scheme. Take a seat and learn who will never love you back and all about that job you won't get.

Testimonies
Viper is the most evil man of them all. He does not actually have his driver's license. This, however, will not stop him, because he does not care what other people think. If he wants to careen down a road in a stolen Ferrari, then he damn fucking will.
