howdy and welcome to this little thread utility.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
if using this in a thread, it will only work correctly in the OP. this is due to some functionality of the sticky-top class (the part that allows the toolbar to scroll down as you go down a page).
this code can also be used in profiles!!
however it cannot be used in bulletins.
