Sally

Sally is, or was, a blacksmith who is very skilled in his craft. He's very easy-going, tending to go with the flow of things-- mistakes typically not bothering him since he can make something out of it. He's caring as well, and folks around claim he's brilliant when it comes to his work. It is a little easy to inflate his ego, but he's not a jerk about it.

He's very close to a local witch, Margaret, who often brought him gems and ore to use. He used to be a human with no magical skill whatsoever, and still isnt sure that he has any since becoming a spellhound.

Sally ended up in a bad accident one day while with Margaret in the mines, ultimately resulting in the loss of his left arm and leg. He tried to not let it get to him, but the shock of his loss was too great and resulted in him shutting himself off from others.

When Margaret hesitantly suggested trying the spellhound ritual to regain his arm and leg, Sally was quick to accept. While the ritual did give him his limbs back in a blood aura form, his lack of magic makes it hard to keep their shape and use them as he would a regular arm or leg. He's still trying to get used to this new life, but appreciates Margaret being by his side for it.
