Tomek

He was born in Łódź, one of the bigger Polish cities, in a happy family of a vampire slayer and a witch. When he was 5 years old, he and his mother were kidnapped and tortured by some vampire who was looking for a revenge - Tomek's father killed his son a few years earlier. That guy wanted to kill them both, but Tomek's mother found the way to save her son, and as a result she was the only one who died. Not much later Tomek's father with his friend's help managed to rescue him, but the vampire had fled. Then his brain decided to forget the whole thing. He got some mental problems because of that, but in general he was doing okay. He was learning everything the good vampire slayer should know and be able to do, training hard, and trying to pretend to be normal human being.

He never had any friends, getting along only with his father. Not that no one wanted to try to befriend him - it's more like he was pushing everyone away. Due to his telepathic abilities, people were tiring and irritating him with their thoughts. He could block it tho, but he needed to focus on it, and this was tiring, too. In fact, the longer he was among the people, the more irritated and tired he was, no matter what he was doing.

When he was 16, his grandpa - a vampire slayer, too - died. With his father, Tomek moved to his house in the countryside. It forced him to change the school, too.

One evening, when they were hunting, they helped a girl who got attacked by the group of vampires. It was Ula, a classmate of Tomek. She was a girl from very rich family, way richer than Tomek and his father. Father told Tomek to escort her home, and Tomek did what he was told to do. It happened that thanks to this situation he started to like Ula, mostly because her thoughts were something he called "clean", and she wasn't irritating him too much. Not so long later they became a couple... and they were far away from being proper christian couple waiting for sex until the wedding.

In Summer Tomek and his father went out for the longer mission. They weren't home for 4 weeks, and when they got back, Ula was not there anymore. Her whole family suddenly disappeared and no one was able to tell where they are and how to contact them. Tomek hoped that Ula's gonna contact him soon, but it didn't happen.

After over a year, the guy who kidnapped Tomek in the past got back to them. Tomek was kidnapped again - and he found out that he actually has a baby son. Tomek tried to fight, but his opponent was much stronger than him. Happily he's found by Tomek's father, his friends, and Ula herself. Fortunately, this time the vampire's killed for good.

In the end, Tomek and Ula graduated from high school and they could create real family. Ula's parents initially were strongly against that - they decided to move out as fast as possible and forbade Ula to try to contact her boyfriend when they found out she's pregnant. But after a serious talk with Tomek's father, they decided to accept their relationship and let them marry. They'll never know that Tomek used his telepathy to help them change their minds.
