Fragmented Reverie:
Kai, the successfully born twin has lived his life as a normal person until Eous from the skies one day discovered that he could interact with his brother. Eous guided Kai through his life with the knowledge that he has read from the books from the skies, which has made Kai utilize his potential to the fullest - making him a genius at a young age. Due to this, his way of seeing the world is a lot different from his peers and was seen as a blunt, arrogant, and ignorant. Eous would usually scold Kai for not being sensitive enough, but due to the fact that their worlds don't intersect, Kai couldn't seem to hear Eous' lectures. After Eous descended due to leaning over too much to the mortal world, Kai bumps into Eous and seemingly was the only person who could interact with him. Seeing that Eous was the first person who was able to understand how he thinks and sees the world, Kai agrees to helping Eous on his quest to find his "star fragments".

Absolute Divination:

As the the communications operator of the team, Kai has developed technologies that allow swift identification of enemies and seamless communication between team members. His power is that of a transmitter - he scatters his flames across the city as watchdogs, overseeing any abnormalties in the city. He provides support from the rear by locating wisps with coordinates, and by stratedgizing how the team should move to maximize efficiency. When needed, Kai uses his transmitter ability to attack enemies from a distance.
Kai was recruited by Zeke - Zeke was intrigued by the fact that someone as young as Kai was at the same level of classes that he was at, and it perked his interest. After bonding over knowledge, anime, and of course - pizza, Zeke proposes Kai to join his team and Kai accepted. He was interested by the fact that joining Zeke's team that would require him to challenge himself to do things that he'd never be able to do under normal school settings.Kai's "Awakening" trial was him not being accepted and taken seriously in the society due to his young age. He quickly defeated the trial as he has always been aware of this problem and never really cared about how other people see him.
Absolute Divination is a story that takes place after Eous' story, in the timeline where he decides to leave the last star fragment uncollected. In AD, Eous aids Kai with his operations by providing advice, as well as keeping his cocky behaviour in check. He talks to the rest of the team via Kai's communication system.
