Half-fairy, half-elven (Fair elves, in the south) Prince who intends to keep the political tradition of pacifism and peace to keep his people safe and happy. Shrinks to as small as ~5inches in size, and it's only at this weight that he can use his wings (tucked under cape in pic); default size is about knee-height, but he tries to attain full human size for political gatherings (either by shifting, magical supplement, or both). Fairly charming and easy to talk to. Tends to flit from group to group at political gatherings in an effort to get to know everyone, though he's probably right between extroverted and introverted (and tends to hide away to recharge after these gatherings). Enjoys walking in nature and sunlight; lead a fairly charmed life so far. Has some training with a sword, but very little real experience so far.
