Son of Eddrick (fabric/clothes shopkeeper) and Latham, Percy grew up in the Deathglades - with Latham completely absent; resents him strongly for this. Quite talkative and charming. Especially likes to talk to beautiful women, but enjoys socializing with men to hear good stories or news from distant areas. As a young adult, he's started experimenting with traveling with some of his father's goods to sell in areas distant from the Undervales. Likes wine, fine clothes, and talkative company.
Due to third-eye (inherited from Latham), can see the present (like where someone is) - anywhere by traveling as if by walking (while remaining in place; traveling in mind), or if they have a piece of the person, can see right to them
