She doesn't talk. Well, not in the usual sense of forming words and all. She just kinda "emotes" and people get her meaning. Whether the speech bubbles wih her thoughts in them are actual physical manifestations, or just images in the other party's mind; no one knows.

Despite all this, remember she's still a godlike Qinguru. If she realllly dislikes someone/something (very rarely occurs but eg, someone tortures small animals for fun around her); they will simply /cease to exist/.

This one is bit run away from responsibilities, don't like to create big complex worlds but small sparkly trinklets instead.
That's why she also ends up in 12's garden.
No one knows where she comes from, how long she will stay. Occassionally she'll disappear; but so far she has always appeared again like she never left. Seems she likes it here. xDa
12 has managed to search up that this being is what people call a Qinguru, but other than that, not much info. For convenience they just call her Qinguru Chan, or Q chan. She seems to answer to all nicknames tho lol.
