- Jimin’s name is Korean and can mean quick witted. 智 (ji) meaning "wisdom, intellect" combined with 敏 (min) meaning "quick, clever, sharp". Their last name Moon (雯) is a translation from the Chinese characters 文 meaning "literature, culture, writing” and 雨 which means “rain.” Altogether it means “multicolored clouds.”
- Jimin comes from a multiracial family. They’re father is Korean/Japanese, while their mother is Spanish
- Jimin is a strong swimmer and has a pool to practice in at home filled by their quirk.
- Jimin’s father is a surgeon and the owner of a private hospital, and their mother works as a translator.
- Jimin can speak multiple languages; Korean, Spanish, Japanese and English. Though their conversational english is much better than their written English.
- Jimin is Non-Binary, though once in a while they like to wear skirts and heels.

Jimin is trained in first aid, and knows how to suture wounds. This knowledge comes from training with their father.
Swimming
Jimin is a very strong swimmer and can swim faster below water than on the surface. Jimin can swim 100m in 70 seconds on the surface, while underwater their time is 55 seconds.
Free Diving
Jimin has trained in free diving, and can dive up to 60m (196.85ft) maximum. The deapth they are most comfotable at is 20m (65.6ft) where the bouancy equalizes and doesn't make them float to the surface.
Lung capacity
Jimin can hold their breath up to 8 minutes on land, 16 minutes under water, and 4 minutes diving to the deapth of 60m (196.85ft)

This quirk allows Jimin to create and manipulate a liquid that is similar to water. However it has such a high oxygen content that it is a breathable liquid.

Medicinal properties
This liquid has anti-inflammatory properties and is a natural disinfectant. It is slightly denser than water. This liquid repels water and oil, and is an excellent insulator.

Chemical Transformations
Through experimentation, Jimin found that they can change their liquid into different forms. By adding a certain chemical to the water which causes a chemical reaction to make an anaesthetic. Adding another chemical can give their liquid much better fire fighting capabilities with a tool that aerates the liquid and turns it to a foam.

With intense concentration, the user can also turn into this liquid. Jimin cannot control any of their liquid that is not connected to their body while transformed.
Super Moves
Whip:
Jimin moves the water in a whip motion to cause bludgeoning damage from a range.

Easy to control and versatile. Can grab small objects that aren't fastened in place.

Can be used past mid-range, but control get's harder the longer it is.

Jimin surrounds themself in their water and can control multiple limbs made of it. Jimin can control four of them comfortably, and eight at tops.

Jimin expells their water into tiny particals that cannot be seen.

Gives Jimin an advantage and sets up the area for Jimin to use their water freely. Can be used for sneak attacks.

Keeping the form circular and thin, Jimin can spin the disk and use it to cut through things and block more powerful projectiles. With sand in the liquid and enough speed, bullets can be ground up.

Offencive and defencive. If multiple disks are moving around the area, it gives less mobility to others.

Disadvantage:
Difficult to create a large disk with enough speed as it takes too much time to get that much water spinning. The larger the disk the harder it is to move. Can only concentrate on up to eight small discs at a time.

With the aid of a tool, Jimin can use their water to cut through metal by adding in sand. With the tool, they can pressurize their water and shoot it out of a nozzle.

Good for rescue situations. More delicate than the disks. Does not use as much water as their discs.

Once sand is in their water, it cannot be used to breath unless filtered out.

Jimin coaleses water into a sphere that hovers above the ground. This can trap people inside, and while the water is breathable, it still causes panic to those that think they are drowning, and thus can make them pass out.

Can trap people. Can also spin the liquid and disorent them.

The larger the sphere, the harder it is to move. Can only create a large enough sphere to hold up to 4 people maximum.

Jimin spins a large volume of their water around them quickly, pulling things that come in contact with it.

Can halt projectiles and fling them back. Can seperate someone or keep someone there.

Cannot move the whirlpool from where it started very easily. Tiring to create that volume of liquid, however the liquid can be reused.

Jimin creates a column of spinning water that can be up to four stories tall depending on the thickness of the column.

Can dampen fires in a large rain by creating rain. Can direct the tube to suck things in, forcibly moving them. Can give Jimin mobility options for quick vertical movement.

Takes a large amount of liquid to do. Tiring to create that much liquid, however the liquid can be reused.

Protection against debris/smoke and various other things.
Thigh bag
This bag is fastened securely to Jimin's leg so it doesn't shift around and become loose under water. This bag holds different vials of chemicals and fine sand.
Pressurized hose
With a small durable tank on their back, their water with sand inside get's pressurized and is able to cut through steel effortlessly.
Earrings
Jimin's earrings hold chemicals that change the composition of their water. The a drop of the purple turns a small amount of liquid into a mild poison that causes muscle weakness. The blue is gamma-Hydroxybutyric acid, a neurotransmitter that quickly causes the target to become unconcious.
Bodysuit, gloves and water shoes.
This material is made of a durable flexible material that is cut and tear resistant. The gloves are insulated and don't conduct electricity and are heat resistant.
Flipper Attachment
While wearing water shoes, this attachment goes over the toes and heel and is fastened in place. The flippers are held in place and used as shin guards until they are flipped down.
