Buoy, a failure of a siren who can't sing to lure his prey but terrorizes any human anyways who dares to tread his waters, he fears no man and would eat those who challenge him or oppose him. His bite is just as dangerous as his bark, and he is quite the mouthy character. He is a flirt, and what he lacks in natural talent is made up for in ditzy charm, often using a 'sweet', clumsy act to lure in his prey, allowing them to believe he is ignorant before devouring them once the opportunity shows itself. He doesn't trust many but desires to find someone someday whom he can open up to. He is protective, reserved and daunting, he also loves conflict since it gives him an excuse to act up.

Background
Buoy is a mischievous lad who is almost always up to no good, at least that seems to be the case to most, though, in actuality, his motives is to keep his 'territory' safe from the harm humans have brought to the ocean which hes seen first-hand throughout the years. As a child he was always curious of the unique beasts and admired their odd creations but over the years he has grown a strong hatred towards humankind due to the pollution they brought with their new creations and damage they've done to those he loved and the territory he grew up in.
Relationships
This pirate is constantly invading his territory and destroying reefs carelessly with his huge annoying ship.
Friends but also allies; Daniel lures humans in for him to feast on as part of a peace treaty between the two of them.
Trivia
He is a siren who can't sing, so he isn't able to use his voice like a regular siren would to lure in prey (He has a pitchy singing voice).
