Brash, cocky, straightforward, a bit smart aleck, wants to be kool and edgey. Has a good heart but generally "young, wild, rash" vibes xD

He has very obvious cyborg parts but unlike 12 he's not shy at all; quite oblivious actually, and makes no effort to hide his "different appearance". In fact he probably secretly likes to show off and freak people out a bit xD

Special characteristics (mech)

The 2 "spikes" at the sides of his head can rotate around the oval; ie, they can be raised/lowered as desired. They are not weapons; they're antenna(network+other sensors) incorporated into his sound detectors("ears").

His back spikes start from between his shoulder-blades. These spikes + his tail are weapons; they cut very well. The spikes can be raised/lowered to a limited extent. Tail is not retractable. The black bars on his arms/torso and the band around his right wrist are also metal and non-removable. "Wristband" is able to materialise a small lightblade; also acts as small storage compartment.

He has obvious purple circuit lines. They can glow; esp when he's concentrating. The center of his purple eyes also glow slightly; he has no dark pupils.

His toes (not toenails; the whole toe/s) are metal; same black as his other metal bits.

His metal toes easily scratch/spoil delicate floors, so 12 makes him wear soft fluffy slippers indoors. He was really grumpy about this until Wu bought him some black cat ones. (now he loves his black cat slippers but don't ever expect him to admit it)
