Personality: A little shy, mostly awkward. Astrel is very easily flustered and quick to blush. He knows he has a stigma for being an albino blakrye, so is a bit weary of how people might react to him. He tries his best to please and be as useful as possible, tho! Of course, even with the binds to contain his superflowous power, he's still prone to randomly and accidentally shocking those around him, and then will topple over himself trying to apologize about it.
Bio: He was smuggled away at birth and taken to the capital--where they are most forward thinking and open to prividing means of control to albinos or species with magic needing supression. He was then abandoned with the church and raised within it.
Occupation: Currently he works at a sort of library/church as an assistant. He handles the books, runs errands, etc.
