Kelvin the Seeder

Kelvin the Seeder was created by a hive-minded school of mutant goldfish. He took 90 years to make, being made out of molecules and cells secreted from the fish. The descendants of the fish colony that made Kelvin live within him, as a form of shelter. Kelvin has the ability to breathe air or water. When he breathes air, some of it goes into the water inside him. He is called Kelvin the Seeder because he deposits goldfish eggs into isolated ponds and streams, thus seeding them.
