Kanna

Kanna is a shady and unpredictable woman with a powerful sarcasm streak and a reckless nature that means she's not going to sit and wait for you to think about anything. She tends to rush into things with a wing and a prayer and couldn't care less for the consequence. She runs her mouth and talks with all the freedom of someone who has no filter whatsoever or fear of what her words will bring.

Despite her willingness to act on impulse, she's incredibly smart-especially when numbers and calculations are involved. She's a ruthless businesswoman and don't let her almost party-girl exterior fool you into thinking she's not one step ahead of you the entire way. She's incredibly adaptable and resourceful and there isn't much that can keep her down or prevent her from getting what she wants. She isn't above stepping on others to get her way or throwing a few people under the bus.

Though she does like the finer things and luxury and money are her favorites, she isn't evil and will only really target those people she deems as 'corrupt' to take down with her particular skillset. She runs a massive well known casino and that creates the perfect outlet to 'convince' them to give back to their community a little. While she's certainly greedy in her own right, she much prefers the challenge of one-upping people at their own game. It's much more satisfying to her to con a supposed con-man out of his money than it is to take advantage of locals wanting a fun time. 

She knows how to quit when she's ahead, and knows when she's being toyed with a majority of the time. She isn't easily fooled into losing anything, and has a fantastic poker face. 

She helps Megumi with a ton of her planning and financial things on occasion. 

Kanna inherited a struggling casino from her father who battled with addictions and eventually passed away from recurrent kidney issues. While she and her father were quite close and this devastated her, she knew she had a legacy to carry on, so she threw her skills in mathematics and business- and her skills in fooling people to create a new reputation for his casino, with high stakes, high difficulty, and a high class establishment that's totally above the board....totally.

She eventually signs up with Megumi's local "gang", though it brands itself visually as an under the table crime related organization- it really uses its resources to help the local populace, and Kanna is the same. While she is definitely greedy, she does genuinely want to help people and make others around her happy too, so she prefers a robin hood approach of scamming the wealthy to pay the poor for a better city.

Her casino grows from a back alley hovel to the biggest hub in the county.
