Personality and backstory info is slightly outdated but generally has the right idea. Kick me later and remind me to fix it up.

A trickster of sorts. Don't be fooled by the Ankh on it's head. It's not a bringer of good news or life. The Ankh embedded on it represents it's own immortality, which it gains by draining the lives of others while masquerading as a pet or companion. Despite what you'd expect from the cute face, Aziza is a manipulative, scary beast, who's willing to bend any rules to get it's own way.

While it's canine form is it's default and supposedly true form, it can distort it's body, shapeshift, and has a penchant for body horror.

Aziza doesn't know how, or why it was born. Nor does it remember the circumstances of it's birth. It's just been for many centuries. It's first owner was a young girl, who died of a mysterious fever merely a few months after bringing it in. Next was a rowdy adventurer who fell to his death soon after letting it become his familar. Its next owners and companions only followed in their footsteps. They all died, particularly in gruesome ways. At first it was shocked and terrified by the way it seemed to kill everyone it grew close to. But quickly it realized that was the only way it could survive. It stopped really caring for others, and began to take pride and glee in its powers. It might as well have as much fun as it can, considering it's never had a choice.

It's never met another creature like it, and almost lives in fear of the idea of it. What if... Something like it could be strong enough to end it's own life?

It fears nothing more than the idea of death.
