˖ I am a disabled artist. This does not usually impact my work, but sometimes things can happen. If you are put off by my health, please do not commission me, so that your mind will be at ease. I am always in communication, so if there is a delay, I will inform you in your DMs.

Unless stated otherwise in the opening post, typical orders may take up to 2 — 18 weeks depending on the current queue and complexity of the request.
Please be sure you like my style or understand my style before you commission me. I won't draw in the style of other artists.

˖ Payment is through paypal — please pay the invoice in 24-48 hours, or I will revoke your slot.
˖ You must provide clear colored image references only. I will not work from textual reference, since I cannot comprehend text easily due to my condition. Thank you!
˖ I will make up to 2 edits. I will not edit the drawing after it is finished. However, if the fault was mine in missing something, I will always edit the drawing.
˖ The slots are not first come first serve.
˖ You agree to purchase my art work for personal usage only; commercial use is not allowed (streaming activity is OK, but no merchandise.)
˖ OCs, vtuber and fan art is OK.
˖ No refunds will be given unless I cannot finish the drawing, or the drawing was not yet started.
˖ Some complex characters (armor, patterns, etc.) will be simplified.
˖ I do not keep a waitlist.

It is important to be clear and straightforward about what you want drawn. If your reference is unclear or does not follow the guidelines above, your commission may be rejected.
Please forgive me that I cannot answer every DM, so I will not always respond to each person after the slots are full, so please understand.
I post my commissions on twitter and sometimes on bsky! When the slots are filled, I post a follow up comment stating thus.

By commissioning me, you give me consent to use my own art work as examples for future commissioners; it may be posted to my social media platforms.
If the commission is meant to be private, it is your responsibility to state that beforehand.

By commissioning me, you acknowledge, agree, and accept to the following terms:

・The client is responsible for reporting any username changes, or account changes or closures, and will notify the artist of an alternative route to deliver the commission. If the client does not accept this responsibility, the client agrees that in the event the artist cannot reach the client to deliver the final product, then the artist will deliver the images to the paypal email given at the time of payment. The client understands, acknowledges, and accepts that there is no tracking number because the item is digital and will not be delivered to a physical address, but has instead been giving a digital tracking within the bounds of 'trello' where they may track the progress and slots of their commissions and other clients at any given time.

・The client agrees that they will not use the work of the artist in any AI generation materials for training or for editing, or any other purposes not listed here whatsoever.

・The client understands, acknowledges, and accepts that the product is digital and will not be delivered to a physical address. The client understands and accepts that the commission can take up to 2 - 18 weeks after payment has been given and that the artist will stay in communication within the platform of the client's choice to deliver updates and a work in progress (sometimes also called a 'rough draft'). The client agrees to conduct themselves patiently and professionally, and understands that any other misconduct may lead to a revoking of their slot and refunding of their commission.

・The client understands, acknowledges, and accepts that the product is custom and based on the reference and form they have filled out with their details at the time of their purchase. The client understands, acknowledges, and accepts, that the custom product will take time to be created by a digital drawing the artist commits to completing. The client understands that the usage rights for the image once delivered digitally is not to be turned into a physical product and sold as merchandise. However, the client is able to make personal items with the image as long as they are not sold for profit nor en masse. The client understands that they are allowed to use the images for streaming purposes, personal usage, and otherwise. If the client chooses to resell the character at a later time, the client is permitted to resell the artwork they bought from the artist at the price of which they paid for the commission only. The client is not permitted to upcharge the artwork from the price they paid for lest they will be blacklisted from all services.

・The client understands, acknowledges, and accepts that the artist is disabled and has difficulties that were listed above. The artist takes responsibility for any events that are to occur such as appointments, treatment or medication changes, setbacks or delays, and that the artist will personally seek out the client if such things take place and inform them or adjust any ETAs if needed. Though this scenario is uncommon, the client agrees to work with the artist during these life events and understands and accepts that if the situation is dire and unable to reach a resolution that the artist will issue a refund to the client regardless of what stage the commission may be at. The client may not take the sketch to another artist and have it drawn over or otherwise, but the client is welcome to keep whatever progress was done if they want it at no charge because the artist was not able to complete it.
