Hi all, very sorry for the unexpected downtime tonight; we had a maintenance scheduled with our upstream providers which I had expected to only involve a server restart, but resulted in the site being offline for about 40 minutes from 23:56 ~ 00:38 site time. Apologies for not giving earlier notice about this.
We have been informed that the operation will be repeated again tomorrow and may take about 10~15 minutes, during which the site will not be accessible.
I'll be reviewing to make sure that the site is still operating as normal, but if you notice any unexpected behaviours please let me know via the HelpDesk and I'll check on this for you. Thanks as always for your patience.
Hi, many apologies that the scheduled maintenance for tonight took longer than expected to complete due to the number of servers that had to be migrated (we have recorded a downtime from 23:20 to about 00:20).
Our server hosts have notified us that we may expect to see one last downtime of 15 minutes later tonight also.
