Ok so I've been obsessed with Doctor Who for a long long time now and I'd love to see if there are a lot of other people on this site who feel the same way!
I'd love to see Doctor Who related ocs! like fanmade characters, fanmade doctor regenerations, whole new species set in the DW universe. I'd love to see it all!
