Ragdoll_Rabbit
- I can honestly say I've never seen a character with that name before!
- I was 100% not expecting a moth from the thumbnail, but god is she pretty
- "they don't leave the mansion very much, so most of the time they keep themselves busy by playing with anything she finds" fuckin saaaaame
- The note about always picking stuff up and touching stuff cuz of the 6 arms is pretty adorable lol, I wouldn't be able to help if it I had 6
- One of the more unique... I guess the term would be "creation stories"? How/why a character came to be in-universe?
- She seems like just a tool Carnage is using for their own needs, hope Thea gets a good end
- Really diggin how the black and white goes together, especially the way the black is softly painted on
- Overall, very neato character! Love the vibe, origin is coolio, visuals are nice!
vvv holy shit no one has ever put that much into a post for me, thank youuuuu~ <3
- He has an anthro form? I thought the one in the back was like a pet or something, but now I'm thinking that may be him. - A lot of people say that about him and Salamander cuz of the icon. I've considered making it more obvious it's the same character and not just someone standing with someone else, but honestly it's funny how many people say that and I've really grown attached to their icons!
- Him knowing broken Italian is an odd yet unique choice. I find that extremely interesting. Wonder if there is any lore to it - He and Sala have names with Italian origins and I thought it'd be neat for him to have attempted to learn Italian but lose interest before he got too far. I also like the idea of a multi-lingual character who isn't perfect in multiple languages.
- TF2 Pyro? Is he your in-game version of Pyro? That being said, does that technically make him a fan oc? - ehhhhh kinda? The idea of what he is, a counterpart to Salamander the red dragon who I used as my first Steam name, is kinda based in TF2 stuff. Sala is red, Skulla is blue, Skulla is my current Steam ID (switching between him and my fursona frequently, anyway), and the skull thing is based on a TF2 item set I used. So the idea of the character's design and sort of theme is based on my TF2 pyro and Steam ID, there's no connection to universes.
- I'm glad he cut contact, it sounds like the right thing to do. I doubt his parents had cared, though . . . - If anything, it would have pissed his father of that he dared to do such a thing, and the idea of that would have delighted Skulla.
- Oh so he was an army man! Does this war have a name? - It's still greatly a work in progress, but I've just been calling it "a resource war but I really need to make a name for it officially lmao
- At least the God seemed like someone good for once in his life. I really like her motherly tone, it sets up the mood nicely. I'm also not used to seeing too many Gods in a positive way, so this was quite nice. Motherly fire God ftw - Not all of the gods in that universe are good, but the god of Fire 100% is. Instead of fire being a sign of anger and power, it's a sign of warmth and comfort, like people gathering around a fire for a meal and to share memories and stories. Fire guided humans from animal to civilization with the god's help.
- Quick question, does the God of Fire still look after him in this universe after he was teleported in, or is it the new universe's version of the God of Fire? Or, alternatively, is he not looked after by any sort of higher being at all anymore? - Being the loving god she is, she adopted him as her follower very quickly. There's no real benefit, no source of power or protection that comes from it, just the knowledge that a god loves you.
- Is the dark magic he has the same as necromancy or anything that falls into that category? - Sorta, yeah. I've played necromancers in stuff like Guild Wars 2 as him, so summoning skeletons would be in his realm of possibility. Shadow magic, curses, skeletons, think warlock or evil wizard spells. but again, not his primary focus, he just found it takes less effort to use them than other schools he isn't trained in.
- I wonder if they have ways of distinguishing themselves around other people. Like, do they make it easier for others to know which one is which? - They have a few identifiers, though the art might not make i obvious: Skulla's hair is darker, his skin is slightly less vibrant, their eye colors are reversed (central heterochromia, Sala's are brown by the pupils and green by the whites, Skulla has green by the pupils and brown by the whites), the burn scars are left-right mirrored Sala has a lip scar, and Skulla has blue/cold tones to his skin and purple in his mouth. I've never had a great chance to show it off, but even in human form, his flesh is blue and his blood is red, which mixes to make purple anywhere that would normally be fleshy pinkish, like inside the mouth, inside an injury, etc.
- I'm a fan of him! Though I prefer Salamander, he is very cool too! - Honestly, sliiightly same. Skullamander is my alternate fursona (in dragon form, obv) and I love him dearly, but Salamander has been around since 2002 and is insanely important to me. I don't think a character could mean more to me than Salamander.
